Q. Do you do returns?

As stated in our Refund Policy, WE DO NOT TAKE ANY REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Unfortunately, as a small business we do not yet have the capabilities to facilitate returns. Please feel free to get in touch if you are having any feedback about our products, it is very much appreciated.

Q: When will my item be shipped and delivered?

We aim to ship our products as soon as possible and when we do, you will receive a tracking number and that will let you know how long it should take to arrive. 

Q. Is everything really hand-embroidered???

Yes, every single shirt is hand embroidered by us in the UK!!! Our love and attention to detail goes into every single shirt.

Q. Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

At the moment, we do not ship outside of the UK, as we are still a growing business and we do not yet have the capability to do so. That being said, if you are from outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch.

Q. What efforts are you making to be sustainable?

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic free, as well as being carbon neutral and biodegradable. As we expand, sustainability is one of our core focuses, and we aim to apply it throughout our whole supply chain.

Q. Are your products sold elsewhere?

No, this is the only place you are able to buy our products. This website, alongside the above social media platforms, constitute our official presence.
